Martini Gelato Green Apple Paste 45% is a paste for artisan green apple gelato with 45% apple, with a fresh, natural taste.

Its bright colour and balanced aroma make green apple a thirst-quenching sorbet, also great with cinnamon or alongside custard flavours.

Ideal for: green apple sorbet, summer flavours and granita.

Features: gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
