Leagel Green Apple paste is a concentrated fruit paste with an intense aroma, natural colour and fresh green apple taste, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Just add Green Apple paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: green apple sorbet and gelato cocktails.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
