Leagel Easy Green Apple is a powder mix from the Easy Frutta line tasting of fresh, tart green apple.
Thanks to its ready formula, Easy Green Apple lets even less experienced staff make gelato of consistent quality; it needs no other ingredients or balancing calculations.
Ideal for: green apple sorbet, summer sundaes and gelato cocktails.
Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, fat-free, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g per 1 litre of water.
