DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS

Martini Gelato Peach Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with 75% peach, for a genuine flavour and a gelato full of taste.

Ripe peach gives a soft, fragrant sorbet, excellent alone or with amaretto, yogurt and berries; it is also used in pastry preparations.

Ideal for: peach sorbet, yogurt flavours and summer cups.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
