Rubicone Peach Paste is a concentrated fruit paste for artisan gelato with a sweet, natural peach taste, with a sweet, velvety and juicy profile.

Peach Paste pairs well with Rubicone ripples, toppings and crumbles to create ever-new flavours; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: fruit gelato and sorbets in the display, sundaes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.

Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 80 g per litre or 65 g per kg of mix.
