Leagel Peach paste is a concentrated fruit paste with the sweet, juicy taste of peach, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Just add Peach paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it saves preparation time in the lab.
Ideal for: peach sorbet, Bellini gelato and summer sundaes.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
