DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Mixed Berry Prestige Paste is a paste for artisan gelato with 80% mixed berries, from the Selezione Prestige range.
It combines blueberries, blackcurrants, raspberries, blackberries and wild strawberries for a full taste and a deep purple colour, great in both sorbet and milk base.
Ideal for: mixed berry sorbet, yogurt flavours and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
