A concentrated paste like Mixed Berries paste saves preparation time, as you simply weigh, mix and batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: mixed berry sorbet, cheesecake gelato and yogurt.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
