DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Rubicone Berries Paste No Seeds is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a mixed berries taste, with a intense, fruity and pleasantly tangy profile.
Just add Berries Paste No Seeds to the white base for a full, recognisable gelato flavour, ready to batch-freeze; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: seedless, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 -100 g per litre or 65 - 80 g per kg of mix.
