Leagel Coconut paste is a concentrated fruit paste with the exotic, creamy taste of coconut, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
Coconut paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Mango Sticky Rice recipe, together with Easy Crema di Riso and Variegato Mango; it also appears in ExotiCo.
Ideal for: coconut gelato on a fruit base, exotic sundaes and sticks.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
