Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Halal certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.45 kg with 2.5 litres of water; soft serve 1.45 kg with 3 litres of hot water.
