Martini Gelato Coconut Prestige Paste is a paste for artisan gelato rich in desiccated coconut, from the Selezione Prestige range, for a gelato with a grainy texture.

The intense coconut taste comes through in every spoonful; with pineapple paste it makes a Piña Colada and with Brunella Hazelnut TOP a coconut baci di dama flavour.

Ideal for: coconut gelato, tropical flavours and cremino.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.

Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 90 g per kg of mix.
