Rubicone Black Hawaii Ready is a complete powder mix for artisan gelato and soft serve with a unique flavor of cocoa and coconut water, lactose-free, made with water only; intense black color given by vegetable carbon; detox effect.
With a complete flavour in a single product, Black Hawaii Ready helps widen the display without complicating production.
Ideal for: display trays, sundaes and soft serve.
Features: complete product, for trays and soft-serve machines, lactose-free, gluten-free, Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.45 kg with 2.5 litres of water; soft serve 1.45 kg with 3 litres of hot water.
