Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze or pour into the soft-serve machine.
Dosage: gelato 1.5 kg with 3 litres of water; soft serve 1.5 kg with 3.5 litres of water.

Il gelato rimane bello morbido nonostante la ricetta sia vegana, L'ho provato anche con la pasta Mango ed è venuto un sorbetto Mango e Cocco buonissimo, estivo...
