Mix for Crepes Rubicone is a complete powder mix for crêpes.
With one kilo of powder, 1.2 litres of milk and 50 g of oil or melted butter you get a batter for thin crêpes, to fill with creams, toppings and gelato.
Ideal for: sweet crêpes for bars, kiosks and gelato shops.
Features: Halal certified, Kosher certified.
Directions: mix powder, milk and oil or melted butter and cook on the crêpe griddle.
Dosage: 1 kg of powder + 1.2 L of milk + 50 g of olive oil or melted butter.
