Leagel Mare Azzurro paste is a blue paste flavoured with vanilla and aniseed.
With Mare Azzurro paste the flavour in the display stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; it gives a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze.
Ideal for: blue gelato for kids and summer displays.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
