DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Rubicone Azzurro 83 Paste is a concentrated flavouring paste for artisan gelato with a vanilla taste.
Just add Azzurro 83 Paste to the white base for a full, recognisable gelato flavour, ready to batch-freeze; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.
Ideal for: cream gelato in the display, sundaes, semifreddi and desserts, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
Features: vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 40 g per litre or 30 g per kg of mix.
