Leagel Blu Gum paste is bubble gum flavoured and coloured blue: children's favourite gelato.
With Blu Gum paste the flavour in the display stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; it gives a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze.
Ideal for: blue gelato for children and colourful cones.
Features: gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 60 g per kg of mix.
