DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toschi Azzurro paste is for making a fun blue, bubble gum-flavoured gelato, one of children's favourite flavours. Use it on a white base (not a yellow base).
Ideal for: blue gelato for children, colourful sticks and themed semifreddi.
Directions: add the paste to the ready white base, mix well, leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g of paste per 1 litre of white base mix.
