In the Leagel Gelato Zucchero Filato recipe, Candyfloss paste is paired with Decorazione Zucchero Filato; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: candyfloss gelato for kids and parties.
Features: coloured with spirulina, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
