Martini Gelato Superveg is a powder base with rice flour, cocoa butter and plant proteins for vegan artisan gelato with an excellent taste.

It is made with boiling water, sugar and sunflower oil and becomes the white base for all plant-based flavours, to flavour with vegan pastes and ripples.

Ideal for: vegan gelato and plant-based menus.

Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.

Directions: dissolve base and sugar in boiling water, add the oil, blend and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 200 g of base + 230-250 g of sugar + 100 g of sunflower oil per 1 litre of boiling water.

Processing: hot.
