DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Elenka’s Preziosa 250 Base has a complete, innovative formula with milk powder: just add water and sugar for a perfectly creamy gelato.
Used to prepare the base mix with either “cold” or “hot” process. It gives a delicate, smooth gelato that is creamier and more stable, ideal for “mountain-style” display.
DOSAGE: 250 g of Preziosa 250 + 250 g of sugar per 1 l of water or whole milk.
PACKAGING: 2.5 kg bag.
