DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Hazelnut Robusta Diamante Paste is a 100% Italian hazelnut paste with a strong roast, for artisan gelato with a dark-brown colour.
Its hazelnut taste is marked, lingering and bold: ideal for a connoisseur's hazelnut gelato and for a langarola flavour with zabaglione paste.
Ideal for: hazelnut gelato, gianduia and roasted flavours.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal and Kosher certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
