DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Pure Peanut Paste is a 100% peanut paste with a bold roast, for artisan gelato with a full peanut taste.
In Martini recipes it is layered with Brunella Caramel for an indulgent peanut and caramel gelato; being vegan it also works for milk-free flavours.
Ideal for: peanut gelato, caramel pairings and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of mix.
