DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Toschi Peanut paste is a pure paste made with 100% roasted peanuts, for a peanut gelato with a full, toasted flavour, also great paired with chocolate and caramel.
Ideal for: peanut gelato, semifreddi, pralines and cake fillings.
Directions: mix the paste into the base (water or milk), leave for 30 minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80–100 g of paste per 1 litre of base mix.
