The tartness of passion fruit gives a lively sorbet that pairs with mango, coconut and white chocolate, perfect for an exotic offer.
Ideal for: passion fruit sorbet, exotic flavours and cups.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.
Directions: add the paste to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
