Just add Maracuja Paste (Passion Fruit) to the white base for a full, recognisable gelato flavour, ready to batch-freeze; being vegan and dairy-free, it also works in water-based mixes.

Ideal for: fruit gelato and sorbets in the display, sundaes and semifreddi, in gelato shops and pastry labs.
