Leagel Easy Peach is a powder mix from the Easy Frutta line tasting of sweet, juicy peach.
With Easy Peach the flavour is already in the base, so no other ingredients or balancing calculations are needed; it is the practical answer on the busiest days.
Ideal for: peach sorbet, summer sundaes and Bellini gelato.
Features: Easy Frutta line, just add water, no balancing errors, gluten-free.
Directions: mix with water, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 500 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: cold.
