Leagel Blackberry paste is a concentrated fruit paste with the intense, wild taste of blackberry, added to the fruit base before batch-freezing.
With Blackberry paste the flavour in the display stays the same from batch to batch, because the dosage never changes; it pairs well with Leagel ripples and crumbles.
Ideal for: blackberry sorbet and mixed berry sundaes.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
