Blueberry paste lets you offer this flavour with a simple, consistent process that suits any lab; it pairs well with Leagel ripples and crumbles.
Ideal for: blueberry gelato, cheesecake and yogurt.
Features: processed to preserve the freshness and taste of the fruit, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the fruit base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 80 g per kg of mix.
