DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Strawberry 500 Fast by MEC3 is a complete powder product to dissolve in water only, already containing everything needed for a perfectly balanced strawberry gelato.
Emulsifier-free: the silky, airy structure comes from the blend of sugars and fibres, while strawberry seeds make the taste even more authentic. Cold process; also excellent in a granita machine for a frozen sorbet.
DOSAGE: 1.25 kg of product + 2.5 l of water.
