Ace 500 Fast from the MEC3 500 Fast line is a complete powder preparation, already balanced, to dissolve in water only: orange, carrot and lemon blend into a fresh, inviting flavour.

Prepared cold in just a few steps, a real help when time is short. Also excellent in a granita machine for a refreshing frozen sorbet.

DOSAGE
Gelato: 1.25 kg of product + 2.5 l of water.
Granita: 1.25 kg of product + 5 l of water.
