DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Blood Orange 500 Fast by MEC3 is a complete powder product, very easy to prepare: it dissolves in water only for a delicious orange sorbet with a unique silky texture.
Cold process, no balancing needed. With more water it becomes an excellent frozen sorbet in a granita machine.
DOSAGE
Gelato: 1.25 kg of product + 2.5 l of water.
Granita: 1.25 kg of product + 5 l of water.
PACKAGING: 1.25 kg bag.
