DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Melon 500 Fast by MEC3 combines the delicacy of melon with maximum convenience: a complete powder semi-finished product to dissolve in water only.
Useful when production times get tight or fresh fruit is not available. Cold process, emulsifier-free; also excellent in a granita machine for a frozen sorbet.
DOSAGE: 1.25 kg of product + 2.5 l of water.
PACKAGING: 1.25 kg bag.
