Just add White Mint paste – Gold Line to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.

Ideal for: white mint gelato, mint chocolate chip.

Features: Piedmont peppermint essential oils, gluten-free.

Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
