Elenka’s Vanilkon Paste is made from vanilla beans, for a gelato with the typical vanilla specks.

Also excellent in pastry for creams and semifreddo.

DOSAGE
Gelato: 30 g per 1000 g of base mix.
Pastry: 35 g per 1000 g of custard or cream.
