Leagel Vaniglia 25 C with Seeds paste is a seeded vanilla at low dosage (25 g), with a citrusy taste and natural colourings.
Just add Vaniglia 25 C with Seeds paste to the base mix for a full, recognisable flavour, ready to batch-freeze; it keeps the flavour the same from batch to batch.
Ideal for: vanilla gelato and classic sundaes.
Features: with seeds, natural colourings, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 25 g per kg of mix.
