Leagel Vanilla Custard 50 with Egg and Seeds paste contains egg yolk and vanilla seeds for the classic custard flavour.
Vanilla Custard 50 with Egg and Seeds paste is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Crema Croccante all'Arancia recipe, together with Variegato CioccoRiso and Variegato Arancia (con Scorze); it also appears in Crema Veneziana.
Ideal for: custard gelato, zuppa inglese and amarena sundaes.
Features: with egg yolk, with vanilla seeds, gluten-free.
Directions: add the paste to the white base, mix well and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 50 g per kg of mix.
