Leagel Loveria Pistachio is a spreadable gelato cream: soft cream with 20% pistachios and a full taste.
Loveria Pistachio is one of the ingredients of the Leagel Cremino Pistacchio e Melagrana recipe, together with Pasta Crema Vaniglia 50 and Variegato Melagrana; it can also be churned into gelato.
Ideal for: pistachio, white chocolate and iced latte cremino.
Features: 20% pistachios, velvety at sub-zero temperatures, gluten-free.
Directions: for rippling, cremino gelato and filling cones and crêpes.
Dosage: as desired for rippling or cremino layers; as gelato 1.8 kg of Loveria with 2.4 litres of warm milk.
