It has exceptional creaminess and suits both cream and fruit ripples, from raspberry to passion fruit.
Ideal for: rippled white chocolate, gelato cakes and cups.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water.
