Martini Gelato Aymara Santo Domingo is a complete powder base, free from milk and dairy, for artisan single-origin Santo Domingo dark chocolate gelato.
The declared cocoa origin enhances both flavour and the shop's offer; it pairs well with ginger, orange and berries.
Ideal for: single-origin dark chocolate and vegan menus.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
