DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS
Martini Gelato Aymara Tutto Extranero is a complete powder base, free from milk and dairy, for artisan gelato with an intense chocolate taste and a very dark colour.
With more water it becomes a chocolate granita for slush machines; as gelato it is perfect for a black forest with Amarena Rubino and Brunella Dark.
Ideal for: extra-dark chocolate, chocolate granita and black forest.
Features: gluten-free, vegan, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water (gelato); for granita 1 bag + 2 L of boiling water + 1.5 L of water.
Processing: hot.
