Martini Gelato Aymara Santo Domingo Milk is a complete powder base for an extra-creamy milk chocolate gelato with 100% Santo Domingo cocoa.
Single-origin Dominican cocoa gives soft, aromatic notes that match the sweetness of milk, for a flavour worth highlighting in the display case.
Ideal for: single-origin milk chocolate and cremino.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, Halal certified.
Directions: dissolve the base in boiling water with a stick blender, allow to cool and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 1 bag + 2.5 L of boiling water.
Processing: hot.
