Leagel Super Black chocolate base is a ready mix for bold extra-dark chocolate gelato.
Super Black chocolate base is the practical answer when you need a flavour ready in minutes, even on the busiest days; it helps widen the display without complicating production.
Ideal for: extra-dark gelato and cocoa sorbet.
Features: just add water, also ideal for rippling, fats: vegetable (massa di cacao), vegan, gluten-free.
Directions: dissolve in water at 80 °C, leave for a few minutes and batch-freeze.
Dosage: 695 g of product per 1 litre of water.
Processing: hot (80 °C).
