Rich and dark, Toschi Choco Fast is the Fast line mix dedicated to chocolate. It is made from a blend of cocoas from different plantations and countries, for a full, authentic flavour.

It is extremely versatile: use it in a classic batch freezer, soft-serve machine or granita machine, for gelato and frozen creams with a creamy texture. Adding only water gives dark chocolate; adding milk gives milk chocolate.

Directions: mix with water and batch-freeze (best pasteurised).

Pairings: excellent with Toschi candied orange peel strips or Toschi Amarena cherries.

Dosage: dark chocolate 1.8 kg of Choco Fast + 2.5 litres of water; milk chocolate 1.8 kg of Choco Fast + 1.5 kg of water + 1 kg of whole milk.

Processing: cold or hot.
