Its bright yellow and citrus note enhance tartlets, modern tarts and custard semifreddo, with a finish that does not dull in the freezer.

Ideal for: tartlets, modern tarts and semifreddo.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.

Directions: warm to 40-45 °C, stir without incorporating air and pour over the well-chilled dessert.
