It can be flavoured and coloured as you like for custom glazes, or used clear to highlight fruit and decorations.
Ideal for: custom glazes, fruit and modern cakes.
Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats.
Directions: warm to 40-45 °C, stir without incorporating air and pour over the well-chilled dessert.
