Leagel Panna Mont is a powder mix that, whipped with well-chilled milk, makes a fluffy base for mousses and semifreddi; adding cream or fruit pastes gives many different flavours.

Panna Mont cuts time and steps in the kitchen, leaving more room for service; it lets you serve a polished dessert that is always the same.

Ideal for: semifreddi, mousses, warm gelato in a planetary mixer and decorations.

Features: vegetable fats (coconut), gluten-free.

Directions: whip in a planetary mixer with well-chilled milk, add the flavour, pour into moulds and blast-chill.

Dosage: 500 g per 1 litre of milk.
