Martini Gelato Yogurt 40 is a yogurt-rich powder mix for flavouring artisan gelato and recreating the taste of whole yogurt.

Add it to the white base for a creamy yogurt gelato, perfect for rippling with berries, passion fruit or mango.

Ideal for: yogurt gelato and fruit cups.

Features: gluten-free, no hydrogenated fats, no emulsifiers, Halal certified.

Directions: add to the base mix, stir well and batch-freeze.

Dosage: 40-50 g per kg of mix.

Processing: cold.
