MILK BITTER CHOCOLATE PASTE - CAFFAREL 5 KG
Pinnacle of the Caffarel lab range. Excellent soft paste with the characteristic milk chocolate flavor. Highly versatile for all pastry and gelato applications.
PASTA BITTER IS IDEAL FOR:
Glazing Sacher cakes and delicious profiteroles, giving a unique, smooth, and inimitable taste. Always ready for use, it is a touch of class in chocolate pastry art. It is soft and glossy, very easy to use, and should be used pure, melted at 30°C-35°C.
USE TIPS:
For flavoring: add 20% of warm Pasta Bitter to warm pastry cream. For glazing: to achieve a shinier glaze, add 5-10% of vegetable oil.
